Dr. Oppenheimer graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with a Dean's letter for Academic Excellence and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists award — early signals of where his career was headed. He built his clinical reputation restoring the smiles other practices called impossible: complex implant cases, full-arch restorations, and the anxious patients who'd avoided a dental chair for decades.
Today he remains a Fellow of the ICOI and focuses his chair time on implant dentistry, while CDG's doctors deliver everything from hygiene to full-mouth rehabilitation across Western New York.

When mini dental implants were still a curiosity, Dr. Oppenheimer became one of their most rigorous champions — publishing peer-reviewed work on implants, bone grafting, mini implants, and Cone Beam CT, and teaching thousands of dentists across the country how to use minis to change patients' lives affordably.
Industry took notice. He has consulted for IMTEC Corporation — the original manufacturer of the MDI — as well as 3M ESPE, Implant Direct, Dental Tech Laboratories, Evolution Dental, and Global Dental Sciences, and currently serves as a key opinion leader in implant dentistry for Sterngold. Fifteen years ago, Concierge Dental Group opened with a single focus: mini dental implants, done better than anyone.
